素材は表生地がレーヨン100%のサテン生地、裏生地がポリエステル100%のサテン生地です。

タラタラとしたシルクのようなドレープ感と独特の重厚な光沢が特徴のサテン生地です。

このスカジャンは、ジッパーを取り付ける最後の行程の前に、染料を使って反応染めで染めあげる手法(製品染め)を取り入れています。

そうすることで、全体的に生地や刺繍部分の彩度が落ち、また生地と刺繍部分の色に統一感がもたらされています。

また、生地の色は均一に染まらず、上品でファッショナブルな色ムラ・シワ感で、リアルなビンテージ感も表現されています。

反応染めレーヨンボディ、緻密な刺繍とデザインを実現させるために、このスカジャンは多くの生産工程を経ています。

裁断→一部縫製→刺繍→ジッパー部以外を縫製→染め→ジッパー縫い付けの流れは、1つの工場で出来ないため、異なる工場を何度も行き来して、時間とコストと手間がかけられ、ようやく完成させられています。

衿と袖口と裾は、アクリル70%・毛(ウール)30%のライン入り二重リブ生地で切り替えられています。

中綿は詰められていませんので、モコモコ感がなく、すっきりとした着用感になります。

また、中綿なしの薄手のライトアウターですので、春先から秋口まで軽く羽織れ、年間を通して、幅広く着用できます。

フロントファスナーには、噛まないようにスムーズに動き、ボディにダメージを与えないよう角が丸くなっている、YKK別注のスイッチプランニングオリジナルジッパーが採用されています。

表生地・裏生地ともにウエスト部には、三角形の補強ステッチが付いた弧状の両玉縁ポケットが設けられています。
